David is an Arizona native who has lived in and around the North Phoenix area his entire life.  David has been a licensed realtor since 2018, successfully managing the unique Phoenix real estate market during unusual economic times. Prior to 2018, he worked in customer service within the telecommunications industry for approximately 20 years, eventually leaving the corporate life to stay home with his two young daughters at home for period of time. David found his passion in helping others throughout his career, and as a relator he commits fully to his clients, guiding them through the process of selling and buying a home – whether it’s a client’s first home purchase, a client searching for an investment property or a returning client ready to find their forever home. David is part of The Arend Team, which has 25 combined years of local real estate experience with wide range of clientele, including first time buyers, first time investors, large investment firms, bank owned properties, short sales, relocations, etc.
